SHIPPING INFORMATION

 

We aim for next day dispatch (Mon-Fri) on all orders however this may extend to 3-5 business days during busy periods.

Please remember that the post man doesn't work on weekends or public holidays but be rest assured your order will be on it's way to you as soon as possible. 

All parcels come with complimentary tracked shipping via Australia Post...because no one likes to pay for shipping!

Delivery times vary depending on your location. 

Once your order has been dispatched you will be notified via email with your tracking details. 

Express postage is available on our website for an additional $10 fee. 

Please be mindful to type your correct postal address on your order information, if a parcel is returned to us due to you incorrectly typing your postal address, you will be charged the additional postage cost to have your parcel resent.

Emisa Collections will not be held responsible for any lost items.

We also ship world wide. Please note that this form of postage is Air Mail only (no tracking). If you require tracking, or express shipping you will need to email us for further information as our standard international shipping cost does not include tracking or express shipping.

Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for the time it takes Australia Post to deliver your package. Once it is posted, it is out of our control. Please read the Australia Post website for approximate delivery duration and you can track the status of your order using the tracking information we provide you once your order has been dispatched.
